The regular registration fee includes the book of abstracts, catering during coffee and lunch breaks, participation in the get-together and participation in the social-event with the conference gala dinner on saturday evening.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by Aug 15, 2018. There will be a 70 € service charge for all refunds. Charges originating from the refund by bank transfer have to be paid by the payee. In case of a cancellation after Aug 15, 2018 or a no-show, no refund will be made. Upon request, the book of abstracts can be sent to registered mail addresses after the conference. You may appoint a replacement attendee at any time.
