Regular Registration

The registration fee includes welcome reception, catering during coffee and lunch breaks, book of abstracts & social evening on September 26th, 2018. Please indicate whether you would like to participate in the boat trip (limited capacity) and the City walk. Participation is included in the price.

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and received within 4 weeks after booking. There will be a 100 € service charge for all refunds. Charges originating from the refund by bank transfer have to be paid by the payee. In case of a cancellation after 4 weeks or a no-show, no refund will be made. Upon request, the book of abstracts can be sent to registered mail addresses after the conference. You may appoint a replacement attendee at any time.
