Exhibitor Registration
The registration fee covers catering during coffee breaks and lunch. If you would like to participate in the Welcome Reception and the Social Evening, please choose the regular registration option.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and received within 4 weeks after booking. There will be a 100 € service charge for all refunds. Charges originating from the refund by bank transfer have to be paid by the payee. In case of a cancellation after 4 weeks or a no-show, no refund will be made. Upon request, the book of abstracts can be sent to registered mail addresses after the conference. You may appoint a replacement attendee at any time.
